Founded in year 2001, Shengzhou Skywall Machinery Manufactory is located in Zhoujia industrial park, Shengzhou city which is convenient for transportation to both Shanghai and Ningbo port. After more than 10 years of efforts, our factory has become a comprehensive manufacturer specialized in the production of sheet metal fabrications, welding parts, turning and casting parts, sub-assemblies and components for a variety of industries. Our factory covers an area of over 3,500 square meters which operates three workshops as below: 1) Metal fabrication workshop: 1 laser cutting machine, 3 plate-shearing machines, 3 NC punching Machines, 2 NC bending machines, 1 steel forming machine, etc. 2) Casting workshop: 4 sets of die-casting machines, 1 polishing machine, 1 ultrasonic cleaner and auxiliary equipment. 3) Machinery processing workshop: 3 spark machines, 2 precision grinding machines, 8 CNC lathes, 4 milling machines, 7 drilling machines, and other auxiliary equipment. As a professional manufactory, we have strong technical force, scientific "6S" management system, completed inspecting equipment and rich experience accumulated in the past years. We are ready to undertake any machinery parts processing from customers at home and abroad.
